"A coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be."
I have always had a passion for helping people, so I became a nurse. After 10 years of working in multiple different areas of nursing - I wasn’t fulfilling my mission to help people the way I knew I could. I quickly realized I had fallen into the trap of living to work, and not working to live. I was putting myself in danger as a psychiatric nurse working 14 hour shifts I was neglecting my family, my health and my happiness. I knew something needed to change and I needed to create the change.

I took Wes to build a bear so he could build a bear that says "goodnight Wes I love you" in my voice.
I was working multiple 14 hours shifts in a row as a nurse, not getting home until midnight. I didn't get to put him to bed and say goodnight.
Now, I put him to bed every night. Often, I cuddle until he falls asleep sometimes. Every night, we practice gratitude together & talk about our days.
3 years ago I did not even know I could make my way back to this.
I just kept pushing, and believing in myself.
My goal now? That this gives hope to those who feel stuck, whatever that is for you. With focus, determination, and belief ANYTHING is possible.
Because of the complete transformation I have had in all areas of life, and my love for personal development - I now support people everyday by giving them hope and guiding them to create the life they love.
