Trinity recommends starting on a Sunday, and Thursday will be your last day. Watch Day One video on Day One, Day Two video on Day Two, and so on. Do it with an accountability partner! Each video is less than 10 minutes, and should be done first thing in the morning to maximize the day! Save this tab on your home screen for easy access.
