1. Services Offered: The Trinity Baker, LLC provides mindset coaching services aimed at personal and professional growth. These services include one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, public speaking appearances , podcasts and online courses.
2. Coach-Client Relationship: We are committed to establishing a collaborative, respectful, and confidential relationship with our clients. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, within legal and ethical boundaries.
3. Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions will be conducted via phone, or via video conferencing, as agreed upon by the coach and client. Session time and frequency varies based on level of coaching package.
4. Fees and Payments: Clients are responsible for paying the agreed-upon coaching fees before or at the start of each session. Payments can be made through the provided payment methods. If payment is not made before the coaching session, the session will be canceled.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients are encouraged to provide at least 12 hours notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
6. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to treat the coach and other clients with respect and professionalism. Coach is expected to treat the client with respect and professionalism.
7. Confidentiality: The coach will maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it without the client's written consent, except as required by law.
8. Termination of Services: The coach reserves the right to terminate coaching services if the client engages in behavior that disrupts the coaching relationship or violates ethical standards. The client reserves the right to terminate coaching, any payments made are non-refundable under any circumstance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
